Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is about being in a safe space to work on creating a "life worth living." In these one-on-one sessions, the therapist is the guide but the client is the expert on his experience.
Speaking
Presentations on a variety of topics - eating disorders, maladaptive coping behaviors in schools, trauma, attachment disorder, etc. - are available for many different audiences.
Group Therapy
At times, group therapy can be effective in decreasing isolation. Groups also provide accountability for changing behavior. Individual sessions will determine this need.
Consultation
Sometimes another pair of eyes on a situation can be helpful. School/home supports regarding behavior plans and interventions are available.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma therapy allows the client to process, express and understand his trauma responses. More information about trauma-specific therapy can be found on the services page.
Teaching
Available on a contract basis, a skills-based, classroom-taught curriculum for life skills/wellness can be tailored to various groups. Consultation can also be provided.
